Application Instructions
Surface Quality: Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, and free from all kinds of dust, dirt, oil, paint, etc. that reduce adhesion. Surfaces should be leveled so that it is possible to build in accordance with the planned dimensions. Weak parts should be removed.
Surface Preparation: Gas concrete surfaces should be cleaned where contact with concrete is made, but the surfaces should be clean. The mortar should be allowed to absorb water before application.
Mixing: Mix all types of materials in a clean container to achieve the best result. 6-8.5 lt of clean, clear water is used to prepare. The product is mixed with clean, potable water for about 25 kg. The product is thoroughly mixed in the container until it becomes a smooth mixture. Then, after mixing the material, it should be mixed for 2 more minutes. It should be used immediately after mixing, do not wait for it to harden.
